1. One copy of the resume, with a photo attached (Attachment 1) 2. One copy of the list of papers and publications (Attachment 2) and one copy of the collection of papers (1) The representative publications (including the primary work) should have been published after August 1, 2021 (within five years), and the reference publications should have been published after August 1, 2019 (within seven years). (2) For publication requirements, please refer to: Scoring Standards for New Recruitment and Promotion of Full-time Teachers (Attachment 3). 3. One copy of the self-evaluation form for newly recruited teachers (1) Self-evaluation form for assistant professor level in stomatology (Attachment 4) (2) Self-evaluation form for associate professor level in stomatology (Attachment 5) 4. A detailed publication scoring table (format as shown in Attachment 6) 5. One copy of photocopies of academic and professional certificates 6. Attachment of supporting documents related to English teaching. 7. Two letters of recommendation (please seal) 8. One copy of the newly hired faculty member's future teaching research and development plan (Attachment 7) 9. Those who already possess Ministry of Education teacher qualifications should attach a copy of their certificate. 10.
