The Teacher's Research and Study Leave for Summer Vacation 2025 is now open for applications until Friday, April 25, 2025. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- When applying for the Summer Research and Study Leave, a research and study plan, along with a consent letter issued by the destination institution, must be submitted with the application form. Once approved by the Department Chair, Dean, and President, the application will be forwarded to the Human Resources Office for processing.
- All expenses incurred are to be paid solely by the teacher (which can be applied for from government agencies or academic organizations).
- A Research and Study Report must be submitted to the Human Resources Office within three months of completing the Research and Study Leave. Failure to do so will result in suspension from future applications of this kind.
