According to Article 5 of the University’s labor contract for project personnel: "Both parties agree that monthly wages shall, in principle, be paid on the 10th of the following month. However, if the payroll processing period coincides with consecutive holidays, resulting in insufficient time for payroll processing, the payment date shall be exceptionally adjusted to the 15th of the following month."

Due to the Labor Day holiday on May 1, as well as two consecutive weekends (May 2–3 and May 9–10), the payroll processing schedule for part-time assistants and temporary workers will be affected. Consequently, the pay date for wages earned in April 2026 will be adjusted on a rolling basis. To ensure accurate payment processing, all payments will be completed by May 15 at the latest.
