I. Purpose:

To foster a healthy workplace culture that encourages participation in physical activity among all faculty and staff, cultivate regular exercise habits, enhance organizational cohesion and work efficiency, and build a health-friendly working environment, the University promotes the "Sports Hour" program, offering a variety of health promotion activities.

II. Organizing Units: Physical Education Center, Center for General Education, Environmental Protection and Occupational Safety and Health Office, and Human Resources Office

III. Activity Period: March to June 2026.

Minimum Enrollment: Each course will open with at least 10 registered participants.

What to Bring: Sportswear and athletic shoes for all courses, Table Tennis participants should bring their own paddles, and Vitality Fitness participants may bring their own yoga mat.

Incentives: Participation will be counted toward staff individual contribution-to-organization scores.

VI. Registration Notes:

1.         Staff members may participate after informing their unit supervisor. After each session, participants must still check out according to University regulations via the Campus Information System.

2.         Those who have not registered in advance are welcome to join at any time after notifying the instructor.

3.         Courses will be conducted according to the scheduled instructors, times, and venues. Any changes will be announced via email.

4.         Participants are requested to complete a post-course satisfaction survey as a reference for future program planning.
