An online onboarding briefing will be held at IR503 Computer Classroom on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 2:00–3:00 PM. All employing units and project principal investigators are required to assign representatives to attend. After implementation, all contracts must be completed online and approved no later than three days before the start date, by 12:00 noon. The system user manual is available for download.
