Please be advised that from March to June 2025, the School will continue to offer three fitness courses and one de-stress course, i.e., Table Tennis, Pickleball, Vitality Course, and Spiritual Stress Relief Salon, every Wednesday afternoon to foster a healthy work environment, encourage a healthy lifestyle as well as a sense of community among our faculty and staff, and improve job productivity.
Please register by Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at the specified website to participate. Once there are ten registrants, classes will start as scheduled. The classes are also open to anyone who hasn't signed up in advance as long as they report to the instructor. Except for the Spiritual Stress Relief Salon, all classes will be held according to the announced teachers, times, and locations. Any adjustments will be notified separately via email. The Spiritual Stress Relief Salon will arrange lectures or hands-on workshops from time to time. Details such as event content, location, and material fees will be announced separately.
