1.      As usual, this academic year’s annual outing for faculty and staff is jointly organized with the affiliated institutions under the "One University, Four Hospitals" system. This initiative aims to foster interaction among colleagues within the system while also leveraging group purchasing benefits. This year's travel program integrates the themes of "Sustainable KMU" and "Work-Life Balance," offering various enjoyable and relaxing itineraries, including parent-child activities, low-carbon excursions, and eco-tourism adventures. A total of 13 domestic travel packages will be offered by two travel agencies, and four international travel options will also be available to provide faculty and staff with more choices.

2.      Trips will proceed once the minimum group size is met across the "One University, Four Hospitals" system during the event period. If a trip does not reach the required number of participants, the travel agency will notify registrants accordingly.

3.      The event period runs from Friday, February 7, 2025, to Tuesday, July 15, 2025. Late registrations will not be accepted, and subsidies for this event cannot be applied beyond this period.

4.      For detailed registration guidelines, itinerary descriptions, registration links, pricing, and cancellation fees, please refer to the Human Resources Office website under the event announcements section. Registration must be completed via the "Colatour KMU System Registration Section" or the "Lion Travel KMU System Registration Section," depending on the selected itinerary.

5.      The published travel prices on the website do not include subsidy deductions. By registering, participants authorize the Human Resources Office to deduct any amount exceeding the subsidy limit from their salary after the event.

6.      For inquiries, please contact Ms. Chen in the Human Resources Office, at extension 2066.

Notes:

1.      Employees who fraudulently claim subsidies by using another person's identity will be ineligible for travel subsidies for themselves and their dependents. If such cases are verified, they will be referred to the Personnel Review Committee for further action.

2.      Participants who cancel after registration or fail to show up without valid reasons must bear the cancellation fees, which will not be covered by the subsidy. Please refer to the registration guidelines for details on cancellation policies.

3.      Participants must adhere to all relevant regulations during the event and observe safety precautions.

4.      If the travel period falls on a working day, participants must apply for paid annual leave instead of official leave.
