Application for Off-Campus Part-Time lecturing - Second Semester of Academic Year 113.Please submit your applications by Friday, January 24, 2025, and kindly take note of the following details：
- In accordance with Article 34 of the Act Governing the Appointment of Educators and Article 5 of Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU)'s Rules for the Appointment of Teachers, full-time faculty members are required to obtain approval before undertaking any off-campus duties or part-time lecturing. In cases where external teaching engagements are approved by the university President due to special circumstances, the total weekly teaching hours must not exceed 4 hours.
- Faculty members intending to apply for off-campus part-time lecturing must submit their application through the campus Information System, specifically under the section titled "T.E.01/Application for Off-Campus part-time lecturing by Full-Time Faculty." The form should be completed and printed, after being reviewed and approved by the respective Department (or Institute, Center, Program), Dean (or Director of the General Education Center), Vice President of Academic Affairs, and Vice President of Research and Development. It must be submitted to the Human Resources Office for processing.
