1.    When applying for Teacher's Research and Study Leave on Winter Vacation, a plan and consent letter issued by the destination institution must be presented along with the application form approved by the unit head.

 

2.    All expenses incurred are to be paid solely by the teacher, thus seeking funding from a Government Agency or Academic Institution is strongly suggested.
3.    A complete final report must be handed over to the HR Office within 3 months after the training. Published, in press, or submitted papers or academic works will be compiled by the HR Office and presented to the University's Faculty Development Committee for approval as the basis for future applications. Failure to do so will result in suspension from the future application of this kind.
