Please be advised that the school's "Part-time Assistants and Temporary Workers" wages will be advanced starting from March 1, 2024. The original wage payment date for the mentioned personnel was the 25th of the following month. After the alteration, the principle is to advance the wage payment to the 10th of the following month. However, if the payroll processing period coincides with consecutive days off, causing insufficient processing time, the payday will be adjusted to before the 15th of the following month.

Temporary workers are requested to cooperate in providing the designated bank account as follows for the sake of right protection:

(1) For new recruits, please go to "KMU Information Service System→Open Inquiry→Establish Bank Account" to maintain your account at one of the three designated financial institutions: Chang Hwa Bank, Post Office, or Yuanta Bank.

(2) For those already employed but have not provided an account with the designated financial institutions, please promptly open an account at the designated financial institution and submit a photocopy of the passbook cover to the Cashier Section of the Office of General Affairs to update account information.

(3) If an incorrect bank account number, a non-designated financial institution account, an account owned by another person, or a flagged account is provided, the wage will have to be processed separately through a payment voucher, making it impossible to smoothly transfer as scheduled.
