Regarding Application for Off-Campus Teaching Assignments - Second Semester of Academic Year 2023-2024. Please submit your applications by January 5, 2024(Friday), and kindly take note of the following details：
- In accordance with Article 34 of the " Act Governing the Appointment of Educators " and Article 5 of our university's "Teacher Appointment Regulations," full-time faculty members are required to seek approval before undertaking duties and teaching assignments outside the institution. In cases of special circumstances where external teaching engagements are approved by the university president, the weekly teaching hours should not exceed 4 hours.
- Faculty members interested in applying for off-campus teaching assignments should complete the application process through the university's Faculty and Staff Information System, specifically under the section T.E.01/ Maintenance of Applications for Full-Time Faculty Off-Campus Teaching. Please fill out the "Registration Form for Full-Time Faculty Off-Campus Teaching," which, following approval by the Department (or Institute, Center, Program), Dean (Director of General Education Center), Academic Affairs Director, and Research and Development Director, will be submitted to the Human Resources Office for processing.
