For non-Taiwanese teachers' information:

Please be advised that the year-end bonus for 2022 will be paid to the University’s faculty & staff on Thursday, January 12, 2023. And the incentive is to be given subject to the following conditions:

I. For those who were employed before January 31, 2022, and remain employed on December 1 of the same year, a 1.5-month bonus will be paid.

II. For new arrivals after February 1, 2022, who are still in service on December 1 of the same year, the bonus will be prorated according to the actual number of months in service.

III. For faculty members, the bonus is calculated based on the compensation of December 2022 which comprises basic pay (including seniority pay), and payment of academic research.
