The annual outing for the School’s faculty and staff (excluding project assistants) is now open for online registration at Liontravel’s website(Chinese only). The tours offered only departure during the period from November 15, 2021, to June 30, 2022, and the trip may be canceled if not enough people register or the outbreak of COVID-19 becomes more severe. Each faculty/staff member participating in this activity is entitled to a subsidy of NT$2,000, and an extra NT$1,500 for his/her spouse or one of the parents and children traveling with him/her. In case the tour fee exceeds the previously mentioned amount of subsidy, the balance due will be withheld from the person’s paycheck.

Please be reminded that cancellation after the registration is completed or no show for no reason might be subject to a default penalty. And the default penalty will have to be paid by the person without subsidy. In addition, impersonation is prohibited lest the faculty/staff member involved should end up being disciplined.
