The 2024 annual outing for the University’s faculty and staff is now open for online registration.

The 2024 annual outing for the University’s faculty and staff (excluding project assistants) is now open for online registration respectively at Colatour’s website and Liontravel’s website (Chinese only). The tours offered only depart from February 5, 2024, to July 15, 2024, and the trip may be canceled if not enough people register or the resurgence of the pandemic becomes more severe. Each faculty/staff member participating in this activity is entitled to a subsidy of NT$2,000, and an extra NT$1,500 for his/her spouse or one of the parents and children traveling with him/her. If the tour fee exceeds the previously mentioned subsidy amount, the balance due will be withheld from the person’s paycheck.

Please note the following before online signup:

I. Impersonation is prohibited lest the faculty/staff member involved should end up being disciplined.

II. Cancellation after the registration is completed or a no-show for no reason should be subject to a default penalty. And the default penalty will have to be paid by the faculty/staff member without subsidy.

III. During the trip, please observe all relevant regulations and pay attention to safety matters.

IV. Please use "annual leave" or “ personal leave” rather than "official leave" to participate in the annual outing on workdays.
