108學年度教師暑假進修自即日起開始受理申請至本(108)年5月17日(星期五)截止收件,逾期或資料未備之申請案恕不受理。

說明:

一、依本校「教師寒、暑假進修作業要點」辦理。

二、教師應於寒/暑假開始前於人事室公告期限內提出寒暑假進修申請表、計畫書及進修機構同意函,經所屬系(所、中心)、學院(通識教育中心)主管同意,並報校核准後,給予休假進修。
三、申請表請至人事室網站-「常用表單/教師」網頁下載「教師寒、暑假進修申請表」填寫,併同規定應附文件,經所屬單位主管簽核後,於旨揭截止收件日前送至人事室彙辦。

四、依規定教師進修所需之費用,由教師自行負責(可向政府機構或學術團體提出申請),本校不提供補助。

五、教師於進修結束後三個月內,必須向人事室繳交具體之成果報告;已發表、付印中或投稿中之論文或專門著作由人事室彙整提本校教師發展委員會核備,作為下次申請進修之依據。未按時繳交成果報告、論文或專門著作者,將暫緩其後學年度進修申請案之作業。

Teacher’s In-service Training on Summer Vacation 2019 is now open for application until Friday, May 17, 2019.  Late or incomplete applications will not be attended.
1.    When applying for in-service training, a training plan and consent letter issued by the destination institution must be presented along with the application form.
2.    All expenses incurred are to be paid solely by the teacher, thus seeking funding from a Government Agency or Academic Institution is strongly suggested.
3.    A complete final report must be handed in to Personnel Office within 3 months after the training. Failure to do so will result in suspension from future application of this kind.
