        依本校計畫人員勞動契約第五條約定,雙方同意每月工資發放以次月10日為原則;惟若薪資作業期間遇連休,致作業時間不足,將例外調整至次月15日發放。本校專題()計畫兼任助理、臨時工1143月薪資作業適逢清明連假(436日),致薪資作業不及,將調整於415發放。造成不便,敬請見諒,謝謝!

Dear Project PIs and Assistants,

Due to the Tomb Sweeping Day long weekend from April 3 to April 6, the payroll processing schedule for part-time assistants and temporary workers will be affected. As a result, the pay date for March 2025 will be adjusted.

According to Article 5 of the labor contract for project personnel:
"Both parties agree that monthly wages shall, in principle, be paid on the 10th of the following month. However, if the payroll processing period coincides with consecutive holidays, resulting in insufficient time for payroll processing, the payment date shall be exceptionally adjusted to the 15th of the following month."

Therefore, wages for March 2025 will be paid on April 15, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
