說明：

    一、依據本校教職員工差勤管理辦法第2條第15款及107年3月22日人事室第1072500045號奉核簽呈辦理。

    二、旨揭暑期慰勞假以全體教職員工統一於107年7月10日(星期二)至8月17日(星期五)期間，每週二、五全日放假方式實施，合計休假12日，無需個別提出申請。

    三、適用勞基法且實施暑期慰勞假者，因全年免出勤日逾法定日數，107年5月1日(星期二)勞動節業經調移為正常工作日，爰是日應照常出勤；前開人員倘因公不克按表放假，經申請奉核擇日補休，後逾補休期限而未休者，亦不生折發工資問題。

    四、教師加聘、合聘附屬機構職務者，依附屬機構規定辦理。

    五、計畫人員、附屬機構或受委託經營之醫療事業、附設幼兒園及兒童課後照顧服務中心人員視業務需要，另從其所屬單位規定辦理。

For those (contract) employees who are subject to Labor Standards Act and entitled to Summer Appreciation Days as well, Labor Day, i.e., Monday, May 1, 2018 will be regarded as an ordinary workday as the total number of days free from attendance already exceeds the statutory annual requirement.

However, project staff and those who are employed or jointly employed by affiliated hospitals, kindergarten or childcare center, please be reminded to check with pertinent principal investigators, HR Departments or supervisors since policies may vary between units/institutions.
