依據本室114年5月28日第114500091號奉核簽呈辦理，高鐵專屬回饋5折乘車票兌換卷於搭乘期限屆滿前2個月未索取完，將開放本校教職員工登記抽籤使用。
本校現有台北‒左營高鐵(折扣)5折乘車兌換券共計14張，將開放本校教職員索取利用(限學校教職員工，不含計畫人員、附屬機構及相關事業職員工)。
索票方式採登記抽籤制，中籤者每人可獲2張。

登記自即日起至115年2月11日(星期三)下午5:00止，並於115年2月12日(星期四)中午12時公告中籤名單於本室網頁及通知中籤者，中籤者請持識別證(代領者須持中籤者識別證)至本室洽蕭小姐領取。

兌換券適用規定：標準車廂對號座5折，搭乘期間至115年4月9日止，疏運期間不適用(疏運期間以台灣高鐵企業網站公告為準)，使用本券需於台灣高鐵任一車站售票窗口辦理。
THSR Discounted Vouchers at 50% Off Now Open for Faculty and Staff Registration
The University has a total of 14 Taiwan High-Speed Rail (THSR) 50% discount ride vouchers available for distribution to full-time faculty and staff. (Project personnel, staff of affiliated institutions, and related undertakings are not eligible.)
Vouchers will be distributed via a registration-based lottery. Each selected participant will receive 2 vouchers.

Registration is open from now until Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The list of selected participants will be announced on the HR Office website at 12:00 noon on Thursday, February 12, 2026. Winners may collect the vouchers from Ms. Hsiao at the HR Office by presenting their Employee ID card (those collecting on behalf of others must present the winner’s ID card).
*Discount Details:
Vouchers can be used for travel on any THSR train (Monday through Sunday) in reserved standard-class seats at a 50% discount, except during peak travel periods. And travel must be completed by April 9, 2026. Vouchers must be redeemed in person at any THSR ticket counter.
