主 旨：有關本校112學年度「天下創新學院」線上微學習課程之獎勵措施，請查照。
說 明：
一、 依據本室112年9月28日第1122500122號簽呈辦理。
二、 為提升本校教職員工之自主學習力及職能發展，訂定以下獎勵措施：
(一) 納入職員工考核個人對組織貢獻度加分：
1、 期間：112年8月1日起至113年4月30日止。
2、 對象：適用本校職員工考核個人對組織貢獻度者，將於貢獻度指標項目「5-2-2本校教育訓練課程」另予核分。
3、 條件：閱讀課程已通過測驗達100次或已領證達35次者，加4分；
已通過測驗達200次或已領證達70次者，加8分。
(二) 學習榮譽榜：
1、 期間：112年10月1日起至113年6月30日止，每3個月排名一次。
2、 對象：本校教職員工。
3、 條件：每3個月已通過測驗之排名前10名者，公告於本室網頁。
三、 旨揭課程網址及詳細資訊可至人資室網頁>置頂訊息>112學年度「天下創新學院線上微學習課程」查詢。
Subject: The incentives for the CWLC online microlearning program for the 2023 academic year.
Description:
1. In order to enhance the self learning abilities and professional development of KMU faculties and staffs, the following incentive measures have been established:
(1) Inclusion of individual contributions to the organization points:
(a) Period: From August 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024.
(b) Target: Employees of KMU who contribute to the organization's mission will receive additional points in the "5-2-2 Educational Training Courses" contribution index.
(c) Conditions: Those who have completed and passed examinations 100 times or have obtained certifications 35 times for the training courses will receive an additional 4 points, and those who have completed and passed examinations 200 times or have obtained certifications 70 times will receive an additional 8 points.
(2) Learning Incentives:
(a) Period: From October 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, with rankings every three months.
(b) Target: Faculties and staffs of KMU.
(c) Conditions: The top 10 individuals who have passed the exams every three months will be announced on HR office's website.
2. The Learning Honor Roll will be posted on HR office's website. For more information, please visit the HR Office's website > Top Messages > 2023 Academic Year Online Microlearning Courses at the CWLC.
