For Non-Taiwanese Faculty Members:

Please be informed that the year-end performance bonus for 2025 will be paid to all University faculty and staff on Sunday, February 1, 2026. The distribution of the bonus is subject to the following conditions:

I. Faculty and staff hired on or before January 31, 2025, and who remain employed on December 1, 2025, will receive a bonus equivalent to 1.5 months of salary.

II. Faculty and staff who begin employment on or after February 1, 2025, and remain employed on December 1, 2025, will receive a prorated bonus based on the actual number of months of service. Seniority shall be calculated as follows:

•   Partial months of service shall be accumulated.

•   Every 30 days shall count as one month.

•   Any remaining days fewer than 30 will be prorated accordingly.

III. The bonus shall be calculated based on the compensation standards applicable in December 2025. For faculty members, the calculation shall include the following items:

•   Base pay (including seniority pay), academic research allowance, and salary grade difference for newly hired (or reappointed) full-time faculty within the staffing establishment.

•   Administrative position allowance for concurrent administrative duties shall be paid proportionally according to the actual number of months served during the year.
