主旨：本校專任教師申請113學年度第2學期「教師校外兼課」請於114年1月24日（星期五）前提出申請，請查照。

說明：

一、依據「教育人員任用條例」第34條及本校「教師聘任規則」第5條規定，專任教師未經學校同意，不得兼任本校以外之職務及課務，如有特殊情形經校長同意在校外兼課者，其授課時數每週以不超過4小時為原則。

二、請欲申請校外兼課教師至本校教職員資訊系統項下T.E.01/專任教師校外兼課申請維護／列印「專任教師校外兼課登記表」，經系（所、中心、學位學程）主管、院長（通識教育中心主任）、教務長及研發長審核後，送人力資源室彙辦。

三、相關規定請參照本校「專任教師校外兼課辦法」。

Application for Off-Campus Part-Time lecturing - Second Semester of Academic Year 113.Please submit your applications by Friday, January 24, 2025, and kindly take note of the following details：

1. In accordance with Article 34 of the Act Governing the Appointment of Educators and Article 5 of Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU)'s Rules for the Appointment of Teachers, full-time faculty members are required to obtain approval before undertaking any off-campus duties or part-time lecturing. In cases where external teaching engagements are approved by the university President due to special circumstances, the total weekly teaching hours must not exceed 4 hours.                                                                                                                         
2. Faculty members intending to apply for off-campus part-time lecturing must submit their application through the campus Information System, specifically under the section titled "T.E.01/Application for Off-Campus part-time lecturing by Full-Time Faculty." The form should be completed and printed, after being reviewed and approved by the respective Department (or Institute, Center, Program), Dean (or Director of the General Education Center), Vice President of Academic Affairs, and Vice President of Research and Development. It must be submitted to the Human Resources Office for processing.
