  旨:為提升本校行政及教學單位之服務品質,請全校教職員生踴躍填答本校112學年度各單位服務品質滿意度問卷,請查照。

  明:

一、 依據人力資源113411132500044號簽呈辦理。

二、 旨揭問卷依填答對象分為「教職員生」版及「一級主管」版,調查方式分敘如下:

(一) 教職員生請於即日起至113430(星期)止,至本校資訊系統「Q.3.51單位服務品質滿意度問卷」線上填答。

                  學生快速連結

(二) 一級主管請於1135月份本校112學年度第10次行政會議中,以紙本方式回填。

三、 填答前請詳閱問卷上之說明,再依據過去一年內向各單位洽公之經驗給予評價,並請儘量提供質性意見,俾利相關單位參酌改善服務品質。

四、 職員工填答問卷紀錄將列入個人對組織貢獻度4-2-1指標給分。

KMU Service Satisfaction Survey for the academic year 2023/24

To improve the service quality of our administrative and academic units, all faculty, staff, and students are invited to fill out the online service quality satisfaction questionnaire for the academic year 2023/24 via KMU Information System > Q.3.51 Service Quality Satisfaction Questionnaire by Tuesday, April 30, 2024.

The Questionnaire for Senior Executive will be provided in paper form during the 10th Administrative Meeting in May, 2024.

Before completing the questionnaire, please read the instructions on the questionnaire in detail, and then give your evaluation based on your experience in dealing with various units over the past year. Please provide as much qualitative feedback as possible, so that the administrative and academic units can improve the quality of service accordingly.

Employees of KMU who fill in the questionnaire will receive additional points in the "4-2-1" contribution index.
