主旨：本校專任教師申請112學年度第2學期「教師校外兼職」，請於113年1月19日（星期五）前提出申請，請查照。

說明：

一、依據「教育人員任用條例」第34條及本校「教師聘任規則」第5條規定，專任教師未經學校同意，不得兼任本校以外之職務。

二、本校專任教師於不影響本職工作，符合本校「專任教師校外兼職處理要點」規定之校內基本授課時數及工作要求始得申請校外兼職。

三、請欲申請校外兼職教師至本校教職員資訊系統項下T.E.02/專任教師校外兼職申請維護/列印「專任教師校外兼職申請表」，經系(所、中心、學位學程)主管、院長(通識教育中心主任)及教務長審核後，送人力資源室彙辦。

四、相關規定請參照本校「專任教師校外兼職處理要點」。

Regarding Application for outside of the university Part-Time Employment – 2^nd of Academic Year 112. Please submit your applications by January 19, 2024(Friday), and kindly take note of the following details:

1.      In accordance with Article 34 of the " Act Governing the Appointment of Educators " and Article 5 of our university's "Teacher Appointment Regulations," full-time faculty members are required to seek approval before undertaking duties and teaching assignments outside the institution.

2.      Full-time faculty members who wish to apply for part-time positions outside of the university must ensure that it does not affect their primary responsibilities at the university. Applicants must meet the requirements outlined in the "Provisions for Handling Positions outside of the university for Full-Time Faculty Members," including the basic on-campus teaching hours and job requirements.

3.      Faculty members intend to applying for part-time positions outside of the university should complete the application process through the university's Faculty and Staff Information System, specifically under the section T.E.02/ print out the "Application for Part-time Position outside of the University of Full-time Teachers”, which following approval by the Department (or Institute, Center, Program), Dean (Director of General Education Center), Academic Affairs Director,  will be submitted to the Human Resources Office for processing.
