主旨：本校現有台灣高鐵5折乘車票兌換券39張(台北-左營35張、台南-左營4張)，開放本校教職員因公出差前登記使用，使用規定詳如說明段，請查照。

說明：

一、依據人力資源室112年5月9日1122500051號奉核簽呈及112年12月4日1122500163號奉核簽呈辦理。

二、開放領用對象限本校專任教職員，不含計畫人員、附屬機構及相關事業職員。

三、因公出差並以學校經費支應差旅費之教職員，請憑相關奉核公文至人力資源室領取，至發完為止。

四、領取本券者當次出差之高鐵車資須以5折票價金額核銷；若因故未使用時，應繳回人力資源室，否則當次出差之高鐵車資仍以5折計。

五、兌換券適用規定：標準車廂對號座5折，搭乘期間至113年3月22日止共23張，搭乘期間至113年9月11日止共16張，疏運期間不適用(疏運期間以台灣高鐵企業網站公告為準)，使用本券需於台灣高鐵任一車站售票窗口辦理。

Please be advised that there are 39 Taiwan High-Speed Rail (THSR) 50% off vouchers (35 from Taipei to Zuoying and 4 from Tainan to Zuoying) available for use by KMU full-time faculty and staff members, excluding project personnel, and staff members of the affiliated institutions, and related businesses.

For faculty and staff members who travel on school business and have their travel expenses covered by the School, please present the relevant approval documents to the Human Resources Office to acquire the vouchers, while supplies last.

The voucher must be redeemed for a 50% discount on the THSR fare for the trip taken, and if not used, it must be returned to the Human Resources Office. Otherwise, the 50% discount still applies.

The voucher can be used for a 50% discount on reserved seats in standard cars. 23 vouchers are valid until March 22, 2024 and 16 vouchers are valid until September 11, 2024, excluding peak travel periods (please refer to the announcement on the THSR corporate website). The voucher must be redeemed at any THSR station ticket window.
