Please be advised that Kaohsiung City Government has called off school and work for Tuesday, August 28, 2018 because of the rainstorm.

另，致教職員同仁們：今天已請假者，明天將請圖資處協助銷假。 

To our faculty and staff: For those who originally are on leave today, information personnel will help to cancel your leave applications tomorrow.

上開將協助刪除之假單假別包括：休假(01)、事假(02)、病假(03)、婚假(05)、產假(06)、喪假(07)、其他假(10)、加班補休(21)、產前假(22)、流產假(23)、陪產假(24)、生理假(25)，及家庭照顧假(26)。惟二天以上之假單，請當事人依人事室通知進行拆單，始得刪除。 

The above mentioned leave applications to be cancelled include annual leave (01), personal leave (02), sick leave (03), marital leave (05), maternity leave (06), bereavement leave (07), other leave (10), deferred leave for working overtime (21), pre-maternity leave (22 ), miscarriage leave (23), paternity leave (24), menstrual leave (25), and family care leave (26).  However, for those who have submitted applications for leave of two days or more, HR personnel may ask you to split an application into two in order to deal with it.
