Application for Off-Campus Concurrent Job: 2026/27 Academic Year, 1st Semester

Please submit your applications by Thursday, July 16, 2026, and kindly take note of the following details：

1. In accordance with Article 34 of the Act Governing the Appointment of Educators and Article 5 of Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU)'s Rules for the Appointment of Teachers, full-time faculty members are required to obtain approval before undertaking any off-campus duties.

2. Faculty members intending to apply for an off-campus concurrent job must ensure that such duties do not interfere with their primary responsibilities at the university. Applicants must meet the requirements outlined in the " Regulations on Off-Campus concurrent job for Full-Time Faculty,” including the basic on-campus teaching hours and job requirements.                                                                                                                            
3. Please submit the application through the campus Information System, specifically under the section titled "T.E.02/Application for Off-Campus Concurrent Job by Full-Time Faculty." The form should be completed and printed. After being reviewed and approved by the respective Department (or Institute, Center, Program), Dean (or Director of the General Education Center), Vice President of Academic Affairs, and Vice President of Research and Development, it must be submitted to the Human Resources Office for processing.
